These Terms govern your use of selling-digital.shop (the “Store”) and any digital products you purchase from it. By using the Store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The Store is operated by Selling Digital (“we”, “us”). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) for transactions on this Store.
We sell digital templates and downloadable files. Product descriptions, previews and prices are shown on the Store and may change at any time. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately.
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, single-user license to use it for personal and commercial projects. You may not:
Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Dodo Payments based on your location. Digital products are delivered automatically after successful payment via download link and/or email.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content, designs and templates on the Store remain our intellectual property, except for the license granted to you in Section 3.
Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
