At Selling Digital your trust matters more than a single sale. We sell digital products (templates and downloadable files), and we want you to feel safe buying from us. This policy explains how refunds work and the simple promise behind them.
If something isn’t right with your purchase, we’ll make it right. If you’re not happy with what you received, just reach out and we’ll refund your money quickly — no long arguments, no runaround. We’d rather keep a happy customer than hold on to a payment.
We’ll review and approve a refund in cases like these:
Since these are instant digital downloads, we may ask a quick question or two (like a screenshot of the issue) just to understand what went wrong — never to make it hard for you.
Email us at support@selling-digital.shop within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short note about the problem. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, so the refund appears under their name on your statement and can take a few business days to land back in your account.
If anything feels off, please message us first before opening a dispute with your bank. Nine times out of ten we can sort it out faster ourselves — and good customer care is something we genuinely care about.
